This interface allows to connect an aftermarket AUDIO source into the OEM Mercedes radios having the D2B fiber optic protocol

Connection

insert the FIBER OPTICAL interface connection in the dedicated socket on the back of the original Mercedes autoradio, taking

care that the connector is well fixed, insert the AUX inputs of the supplied wire to the AUX sockets of the unit which you want to connect.

Connect the RED wire of the interface to a positive 12 Vdc the BLACK wire to GND and the BLUE wire to the appropriate pin of the radio.

Do you want to add on iPod, MP3 or satellite Radio to you Mercedes fiber Optic system? if so, AUXMBIv2 is the answer.

Factory changer must not be present.
