The BMW-AUX plugs into the factory 3-pin and 6-pin CD changer cables in the trunk or CD changer location. Once installed, your radio treats the adapter like a CD changer and allows you to play external audio through the factory sound system with full OEM quality. This is an excellent solution for customers who want to keep the original dash and radio, but still add a modern audio source.

🔧 How It Installs
Locate the factory CD changer wiring in the trunk or changer location (3-pin + 6-pin BMW cables).
Unplug the CD changer (if present).
Plug the BMW-AUX module into the 3-pin and 6-pin connectors.
Mount the module securely using the built-in flanges.
Route the RCA cables toward the front of the car (center console, glove box, or dash).
Connect your Bluetooth receiver, phone, or other aux device to the RCA input.
Select the CD changer / CD mode on the radio to listen to your external source.
