📦 Refund and Returns Policy

At OEM Auto Sound, we stand behind the quality of our rebuilt factory Radios and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were received — with all included accessories and original packaging (when possible).

  • A Return Authorization (RMA) is required. Please contact us or call us at 407-933-1065 before sending any item back.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it at no cost.

  • If you ordered the wrong item, we can help you find the correct part and arrange an exchange (shipping costs may apply).

  • Special order items

  • Radios damaged by improper installation or modification

  • Items returned after 30 days without prior approval

🛡️ Warranty

Most of our Radios come with a 6-month warranty, which covers parts and labor for rebuild defects. To activate an extended warranty, return your core Radio as instructed.
