Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in good condition. Returns will be credited (less any restocking fee). the All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited.
